Wow. Sometimes, when you read a script, you just know a movie is going to be good. Other times, you work on just one small part of a film, and you have no idea what it’s going to look like. With Beyond the Bridge from Free Lane Films, I felt a little of both.
I could tell from the script, and from meeting the other actors during a table read, that it was going to be good. But I didn’t expect the power that some of the scenes had until I saw the trailer. But if you’re reading this, you don’t really want me to keep talking about how it affected me, do you? You just want to see the trailer. So here it is!
I just have a cameo — no lines — in the trailer, but this is my first official role as the co-star of a film, so I’m very excited. Please share the link to our YouTube video wherever you can. A lot of views for the trailer makes it easier for an indie movie to get distribution, and I think the anti-suicide message about what mental illness does to ordinary people is important. Thanks!
