I’ve never really made a New Year’s Resolution. But I think I will this year. My resolution is simple. I want to do what I can to make a difference in the lives of the people I care about, and in my community.
I wish I could change the world sometimes. But you don’t have to change the whole world to make a difference. All you have to do is to reach out to a friend, or help someone in need. That’s what I learned from thinking about a public service announcement I helped my friend Ashla Soter film recently.
Here’s a link to the PSA on YouTube. I hope you’ll watch it — and then I hope that you’ll join me and all the other people who volunteered to help Ashla with the video in making a difference in 2016.
It really does start right now, and it really does start with you and me. So what are you going to do this year to make a difference?
