Sorry I haven’t posted much lately. I’ve been really, really busy at school, and with acting. I love going to school at West, but I spend at least three hours every night doing homework, and that doesn’t leave much time for blogging.
I can’t believe I haven’t posted anything since before Christmas, so here’s what’s been happening since then.
I got some really cool Christmas presents — a new cell phone, some Skull Candy headsets, a great chess set (thanks Grandpa Gerry!), and some new clothes plus some gift cards and other stuff. I even got some Vermont maple syrup — I usually only get that when I am at Circus Smirkus summer camp!
I’ve grown a lot over the last year — I’m 5’2″ tall now. That may seem pretty short for someone who’s almost 14, but I was six inches shorter this time last year. FINALLY I’m starting to grow! I haven’t gained any weight, so a lot of my old clothes were pretty baggy since I grew. I was glad to get some new stuff at Christmastime!
One sad thing that happened is that my grandma Beverlee LaBonte died. This is me with papa Dennis LaBonte and my sister Krystal McAlister after her memorial service. I will always miss her.
I’ll try not to go so long between posts! Hopefully, I will have some exciting news to share soon. Wish me luck on an audition I have this afternoon!
