When I got home from Nancy Chartier’s class tonight, there was a huge surprise waiting: a box from Dubè Juggling. I had asked grandma when it would be here, and she said it would take 7-10 days after it was ordered, which was on Tuesday. But it came in just 3 days!
It’s like Christmas! The box had:
- A new Sundia diabolo, with a light kit. That is going to look so cool in the dark!
- Three new clubs — purple and black.
- Three juggling knives with sheaths.
I’d been wanting new clubs for the longest time, and I really needed a new diabolo because mine is just about shot. I’ve never had juggling knives before — I’ve just used knives borrowed at circus school or Circus Freaks.
I am so excited! Can’t wait to practice with my new stuff! Here are some pictures of me opening the box and trying my new stuff.

The juggling knives are so cool! I love them!
The knives are so shiny that it’s hard to see them in the photograph. They are super well balanced and kind of heavy, too. We have stone floors, so I am only going to juggle the knives on exercise or yoga mats. I don’t want to chip or break them. That’s a good way to get cut!
